Petiotics ("we," "us," "our") — a trade name of Christopher Allen Smith, LLC — operates petiotics.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.
When you email us. If you contact us at support@petiotics.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to respond to you.
When you join our email list. If you sign up for updates, we receive your email address and use it to send you occasional messages about Petiotics. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying and asking us to remove you.
When you submit a guarantee request. To process a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, we collect your name, email address, and Amazon order number. We use this only to locate your order and issue your refund.
This site is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify's servers automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is standard server logging used for security and reliability. We do not use this data to identify or track individual visitors.
We do not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not set cookies for advertising or profiling.
Petiotics products are sold through Amazon. When you buy from us on Amazon, that transaction is governed by Amazon's privacy policy, not this one. We do not receive your payment information, and the customer information we can see is limited to what Amazon provides sellers for order fulfillment and support.
We keep emails and guarantee requests only as long as needed to respond to you, process your refund, and meet our record-keeping obligations. Email list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or remove you from our email list. Email support@petiotics.com and we'll take care of it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
